REMAINING PAYMENT (70%) The remaining payment must be pay before start the trip, using the same payment options above showed, or in our office in Salta. CANCELATONS POLICY: The advanced payment for reservation (30%) is not refundable in case of cancelations by the client side because once you send the money for booking, Norte Trekking Expedition reject all another request of service at the same time. NO SHOW: If the client decide to cancel the trip 20 days before or less, he must send me the 80% of the total amount of the trip. Even in the case of no show at the day to start, he must send me the payment using the same payment options like the advanced payment for booking. ALTERATIONS: The guide in charge of the program/service, has all rights reserved to modify the order of the circuit , replace excursions, activities or treks that had been prestablished in order to give the best service and safest trip. Also, the designed guide by Norte Trekking wil have the authority of deciding if a trip is to be cancelled if he considers that a member of the expedition is not in phisical conditions of continuing the trip, or the security of the whole group is indangered. Norte TE, has all rights to request a passenger to leave the expedition, considering taht it´s state of mind, heatlh or other conditions that can alter the normal development of the expedition. KNOWLEDGE OF CONDITIONS: It is understood that all conditions detailed above are accepted by advanced payment of services, partial or complete. The release form and medical certificate will be signed and handed in at the moment of departure. JURIDICTION: The High Court in the City of Salta, Argentina, is established for any legal matters as a consequence of this present contract. Contract of Touristic Services Subject to the International Convention related to the contract of trips, ratified by Argentina in Brussel (April 1970) and resolution 256/00 of Secretariat of Tourism of Argentina.
